"It's family-oriented in nature," Troyer said. "It is incestuous."
Troyer said the images couldn't be legally defined as pornography because they don't involve real people. Troyer said the judge in last week's custody hearing was apprised of the images at the proceeding.
Powell was the only person of interest in the disappearance of his wife, Susan Powell, from their home in West Valley City, Utah, in 2009. He was never arrested or charged in the case, and a month after she vanished, he moved with his boys back to his father Steve's home burberry purse outlet in Puyallup, Wash., south of Seattle.

When the psychologist saw them, he added an addendum to his report recommending the psychosexual evaluation of Josh Powell — an exam that can include a polygraph as well as more intrusive measures to determine the body's response to child pornography or other stimuli.
On Jan. 30, the sheriff's office arranged a viewing of the materials, said Sherry Hill, a spokeswoman for the Department of Social and Health Services.
Among the attendees were Long and a Child Protective Services social worker. Downing said he wasn't notified of the viewing. After considering Long's arguments and the recommendation for the psychosexual evaluation, Nelson denied Powell's request. She said she wouldn't consider granting Powell custody unless he underwent the exam. She didn't make any changes in the visitation schedule, which allowed Powell to see his boys, 5 and 7, at his house twice a week while supervised by a social worker.
On Sunday, the social worker brought the boys to see their dad at his rental home outside Puyallup. After the boys rushed inside, he slammed the door in her face, locking her out. He attacked the boys with a hatchet, then torched the home in a gas-fueled inferno.
Chuck Cox, Susan Powell's father, said the images were just another indicator of problems with Josh Powell. Cox said he did not know the details of the images. “Just played good,” said Every, who was at 10-under 130. “I just didn’t make many mistakes and made some good putts, hit some good irons, just kind of normal stuff.”

His normal stuff was enough to put him atop the leaderboard through 36 holes for the first time on the PGA Tour, not bad for a guy who took four years to get to the PGA Tour, and is starting his second full season.

Every said he is behind where he should be, attributing that to a troublesome rookie season in 2010. He broke his finger in April, keeping him out for six weeks, then ran into trouble with the marijuana charge at the John Deere Classic. “I kind of feel like a rookie out here,” Every said. “My rookie year … I almost kept my status and played half the tournaments that everybody else played. I feel like it was a pretty good year for me. I just didn’t get to play much.”

After his rookie season, he didn’t get through Q-school and spent another year on the Nationwide Tour, where he finished 18th on the money list to get one of the 25 spots back on the PGA Tour.

“It’s easy to get lulled to sleep out there because the towns you go to and it’s just so hot,” Every said. “Every week, you’ve got to shoot 6 under every round. You can get depressed out there pretty fast. So now I am hungry, but when I was out there, I was just really fighting to stay interested, you know?”

Graham DeLaet, the first-round leader at 63, played in the afternoon had consecutive double bogeys to fall back. By then, it was another Canadian who had asserted himself. Hearn also started poorly with two early birdies, then finished off the front nine by playing his last five holes in 5-under par. A birdie on his final hole put him at 8-under 132.
